Martin’s Caregiver Agency is a LICENSED and BONDED family owned and operated company. At first we were providing reliable caregivers to seniors and their family members offering compassionate, caring services in the familiar surroundings of home. With the business growing and the referrals from our Clients to other families we noticed that many families started to call us and ask if we could find a reliable babysitter/nanny for them. Therefore we decided to start working close with the experienced babysitters. We understand that with the busy schedule nowadays parents do not have enough time to take care of finding the best possible care for their children. Here we are for you and we will do that job the same way you would or even better, because we not only interview potential candidates but we also screen them in order to be sure they have clean Criminal Background and Drivers Record. We also work with other domestic employment agencies in Chicago land and we always check if the Babysitter who has just applied for a placement with our agency has good standing with previous agencies she used to work with. Your child/children are the most important to us and we have to be sure to bring the responsible, compassionate person for the interview.

Our skilled babysitters can help with the development of your child/children, drive them to and from school, take them to the afternoon activities, and help with homework. She could also prepare meals for your children and provide light housekeeping. However please remember that the babysitter is not a cleaning lady and she cannot take care of your children, and at the same time clean your house, cook and do laundry. Our babysitters often become like a family member and they truly improve the development of your children.

Price varies, depending on how many children you have, education, skills and job responsibility of the babysitter, the distance travelled and duration of care. Babysitter's prices shown are based on personal experience and current market rates. Please note that all the rates are negotiable. We will talk to you about different possibilities we offer and we will find the most affordable solution for you.
Finding just the right babysitter may take several days. Because of the high demand, it is important to allow adequate time to find the BEST babysitter. We usually ask for 48-72 hours, and we are able to provide more than one babysitter for the interview. However we will often be able to provide you with the reliable babysitter the same day you call. We work with over 500 caregivers and babysitters.
