Martin's Caregiver Agency is a placement agency. We provide flexible in-home care solutions including elderly care and senior assisted living services to individuals who require non-medical care in the Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Services range from hourly to live-in care for rehab, wheelchair and bed-bound patients, as well as for victims of Alzheimer’s, dementia and stroke. All the services are provided by carefully selected caregiver who we refer to our Clients.

If you or your loved one needs help please call or e-mail us. We will provide FREE of charge assessment with you (over the phone or we could arrange an appointment in our office, your home, your loved one home, nursing home, hospital or rehab center, or wherever it would be the most convenient for YOU). After we determine who exactly you are looking for to take care of yourself, your family member or maybe your friend, we will schedule the interview with potential caregivers. The process takes up to 2-3 days usually, but most of the times we are able to meet within 24 hours. Usually we provide 2-3 caregivers for the interview, if you would like to interview more caregivers please ask as. We are here for you and we will do our best in order to meet your care giving needs. After you decide who would you like to hire, we sign the agreement and we charge the placement fee equal to one week salary of the caregiver (print) our discount coupon for full time positions). Of course we give you the warranty and a copy of the signed refund policy. Our warranty is LIFETIME. If for any reason the caregiver resigns or you discharge the caregiver we will provide new caregiver with NO CHARGE lifetime. If during the first 30 days you would be not happy with our services we reimburse a high percentage of the paid placement fee.
Please note that we provide only experienced, certified caregivers, we check their previous references very carefully, do the Criminal Background check, and upon Client request also the Driving Record check.
After the placement of a suitable employee we keep in touch with you and we check periodically how everything is going. If you have ANY issues you can contact us 24h/7 and we will do all we can to resolve it ASAP.
