If you need babysitter please call or e-mail us. We will provide FREE of charge assessment with you (over the phone or we could arrange an appointment in our office, your home or wherever it would be the most convenient for YOU). After we determine who exactly you are looking for to take care of your child/children we will schedule the interview with potential babysitters. The process takes up to 2-3 days usually, but most of the times we are able to meet within 24 hours. Usually we provide 2-3 babysitters for the interview, if you would like to interview more please let as know in advance. We are here for you and we will do our best in order to meet your child care needs. After you decide who would you like to hire, we sign the agreement and we charge the placement fee equal to one week salary of the babysitter (print) our discount coupon for full time positions). Of course we give you the warranty and a copy of the signed refund policy. Our warranty is LIFETIME. If for any reason the babysitter resigns or you discharge her we will provide new one with NO CHARGE lifetime. If during the first 30 days you would be not happy with our services we reimburse a high percentage of the paid placement fee.
Please note that we provide only experienced babysitters who have outstanding references from previous employers, we check their previous references very carefully, do the Criminal Background check, and upon Client request also the Driving Record check.
After the placement of a suitable employee we keep in touch with you and we check periodically how everything is going. If you have ANY issues you can contact us 24h/7 and we will do all we can to resolve it ASAP.
